About the position
The Maintenance Technician (Make Ready) at Tarantino Properties Inc. is responsible for ensuring that residential service requests are completed efficiently and effectively. This role involves preparing vacant apartments for market readiness, addressing maintenance issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience.
- Possess valid Identification.
- Make Ready Experience/Porter experience.
- A/C certification - HVAC is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
- Experience in plumbing and electrical work.
