As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment by conducting both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during operations
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs on production machinery during downtime
- Set up machinery for scheduled production runs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of production machines
- Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to execute maintenance tasks
- Adhere to OSHA Safety and Health Rules for a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot and repair Robotics
Requirements
- Technical training in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs (Allen Bradley, Seimens, Mitsubishi)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical problems
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with lean principles and tools application
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in maintenance tasks including welding and using precision measuring instruments
- Background in industrial electrician work is beneficial
