Maintenance Tech

About the position

As a Maintenance Technician at Linde Advanced Material Technologies, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems. You will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives and policies to meet business needs. Ensuring all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed is essential, as well as maintaining and updating control documents. You will also perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems.
• Support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies.
• Ensure all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed.
• Maintain and update control documents.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience reading and understanding electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Basic computer skills in EAM and Microsoft Outlook.

Nice-to-haves

• 3-years maintenance/manufacturing experience with a minimum of 1-year in maintenance, OR an associate's degree in a related technical field and 2-years of demonstrated work history for level I (G10).
• 5-years maintenance/manufacturing experience with a minimum of 2-years in maintenance, OR an associate's degree in a related technical field and 4-years of work history with 2-years of manufacturing/maintenance experience for level II (G11).
