About the position

The Maintenance Technician at Cliffs of Long Creek Resort is responsible for ensuring the cosmetic appearance and mechanical function of the resort property. This role involves completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and daily projects as assigned by engineering management or the front desk. The position is full-time, requiring 10-hour shifts, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain the cosmetic appearance and mechanical function of the resort property.
• Assist with daily projects reported by engineering management or front desk staff.
• Collaborate with the engineering department team to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Requirements

• Basic maintenance experience in areas such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance.
• 6 months of customer service and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Possess a team player attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in Facilities, Property, or Building Maintenance preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with resort maintenance operations.
