Responsibilities
- Repair apartment unit interiors and fixtures.
- Complete maintenance of common areas and property exterior.
- Work with outside contractors as needed.
- Serve on-call using a pager or on-call cell phone.
- Provide own tools for maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance.
- EPA Type I Certification required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment reference check, background check, and drug screen.
