About the position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations at Four Winds Casino and Resort and its off-site buildings. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, manages maintenance staff, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. The supervisor troubleshoots issues, conducts inspections, and promotes a positive work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations of the casinos and off-site buildings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and oversee safety programs.
• Conduct inspections of properties for efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure prompt and correct general maintenance and repairs.
• Manage parts inventory and supervise assigned maintenance staff.
• Assist in the selection, training, and evaluation of Facilities Department personnel.
• Promote a positive atmosphere and encourage employee engagement and development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school preferred.
• Two to four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC Certification, EPA I & II or Universal license, Certified Pool Operator, RPZ Inspection, Building Controls, Life Safety Controls, CFESA Certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
