Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Good working knowledge of maintenance services and ability to perform them.
• Ability to use simple and power tools effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
