About The Position

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring production equipment and facilities are ready and available when our customers need them. This role involves performing mechanical and electrical maintenance work, focusing on repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. You will also follow plant preventative maintenance programs, complete work orders, adhere to operating procedures and safety standards, and conduct equipment root cause analysis with implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Working mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing site.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Must be clean shaven to wear proper PPE.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance work, including repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment such as reactors, mills, mixing equipment, HVAC, and general facilities.
• Follow plant preventative maintenance programs and complete work orders as assigned.
• Adhere to all site standard operating procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct equipment root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
