About the position
The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the 3rd shift maintenance team, focusing on both preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance of various industrial equipment. This role emphasizes leadership, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and safely while maintaining equipment up to 480v 3-phase. The position requires hands-on experience with a wide range of machinery and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the 3rd shift maintenance team.
- Perform preventative and reactive mechanical/electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase.
- Work with various equipment including saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, and air compressors.
- Lead and support night shift maintenance technicians, focusing primarily on PM work.
Requirements
- Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Experience
- Strong Electrical Capabilities up to 480v 3-phase
