About The Position

The Maintenance Engineer role focuses on producing new products, materials, applications, process ideas, approaches, insights, and designs. This position involves creating innovative and profitable products and processes that meet and anticipate customer needs, and planning activities and projects in alignment with strategic goals. The role includes conducting feasibility studies, constructing specifications, and offering recommendations for improvement opportunities. The Maintenance Engineer will demonstrate financial awareness regarding product and process design, and vendor selection, and analyze data inputs to identify patterns and relationships for determining appropriate engineering methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance or automation systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and automation.
• Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AC Drives.
• Experience with servo motors and controllers, including setup and calibration.
• Strong understanding of electrical control systems, including circuit design and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of three-phase power systems, including distribution and load balancing.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, and actuators.
• Expertise in pneumatic systems, including air compressors, cylinders, and control valves.
• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLCs.
• Experience with HMI design and integration for machine control and monitoring.
• Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
• Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
• Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.
