This position assists the Maintenance Director with general maintenance of the Community, including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. The Maintenance Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining logs to track information regarding maintenance of the building and grounds, and for presenting a professional demeanor to residents, handling their concerns and complaints with finesse and in a caring, polite and professional manner. Successful candidates will exhibit humility, a positive attitude, initiative, and emotional intelligence.
