About The Position

Dauch is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our world-class team. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a leading company in the automotive industry, where you will have the chance to contribute to the flawless execution of our manufacturing processes. This role is located at our Minerva plant in Minerva, Ohio. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will supervise employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations. You will also monitor work performance and provide feedback, coordinate maintenance of production equipment, and oversee technical/quality process control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education/certifications, and hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years related Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
  • 3+ years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.
  • Supervise maintenance employee outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates.
  • Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions, and recommends compensation actions, adhering to defined policies and procedures.
  • Accomplish maintenance requirements by orienting, assigning, and coaching employees.
  • Meet maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
  • Fulfill shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources, in addition to fulfilling current operational plan.
  • Complete shift operations by monitoring maintenance services, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.
  • Document maintenance services by completing forms, reports, logs, and records, ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Contribute to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
  • All other duties as assigned.
