Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain both indoor and outdoor areas to create a welcoming environment.
- Perform essential repairs on equipment, furnishings, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with lighting, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other essential systems.
- Assist in minor construction, renovations, or repair projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools and equipment.
- Ensure all resident and office equipment is functioning properly.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance or cleaning requests.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and supervisor to complete tasks and achieve goals.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Manage waste removal and other routine tasks.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documents.
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
