- Perform general repairs and safety checks.
- Conduct groundwork and installation of equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a working knowledge of basic plumbing, heating, and electrical work.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
- Previous maintenance experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and building repairs.
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.
