Mailing Operator - 2nd Shift

Our success is driven by our world-class global teams and culture. Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Mailing Operator to join our second shift team in Sartell, MN. You will set up and operate intelligent inserting and mailing equipment to produce a finished product according to customer specifications. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years working with Manufacturing equipment
- Intermediate computer experience/knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for 8 hours a day
Responsibilities
- Set up machine: Review work order for specifications. Set up equipment to work order requirements.
- Maintain equipment: Perform minor maintenance daily including troubleshooting and general cleaning. Assist in performing preventive maintenance of equipment as directed.
- Operate equipment: Monitor quality of product being produced with limited waste. Tray finished job as required in work order with accurate counts.
- Completes paperwork for department: Maintain logbooks, change orders, work orders, load tags, maintenance logs, and shipping orders.
- Assist in operational process improvement projects.
- Assist in writing and updating operator procedure manuals.
- Read work orders and accurately follow instructions.
