About The Position

Cutting Edge Countertops operates one of the most advanced and efficient countertop manufacturing facilities in the country, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and automated CNC work centers. Our precision-driven processes ensure the production of high-quality countertops, crafted by a skilled team of industry-leading craftsmen and machine operators. We specialize in delivering exceptional craftsmanship for both residential and commercial projects, from small-scale renovations to large developments. Each day, our team successfully fabricates and installs 50 to 60 projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Cutting Edge Countertops is hiring Machine Operators for our Perrysburg, Ohio, facility (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM). This is a stable, full-time manufacturing career with a Monday-Friday schedule and an excellent benefits package. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail to operate machinery and produce quality products
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematic diagrams
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of machinery operation
• High school diploma or GED
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 lbs

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials using overhead cranes and other lifting assists
• Operating saws and CNC machines to cut and manufacture materials
• Monitoring and maintaining assigned machinery to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational issues
• Performing quality checks to ensure fabricated materials meet required specifications
