Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Precision and initiative in setup and operations.
- Willingness to train and mentor team members.
- Proactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the corrugated industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurate setup of Flexo operations and inspection of dies pre- and post-run.
- Quality checks to ensure perfect boxes, minimizing defects.
- Maximizing equipment efficiency and cross-training to enhance operational flexibility.
- Collaborative problem-solving and proactive maintenance.
- Maintaining detailed reports for production, safety, and quality.
