About The Position
Bongards Premium Cheese is looking for a dedicated, dynamic and experienced professional to work as Machine Operators on the Day Shift at our facility in Norwood Minnesota. The hours are 5 am to 5 pm and you will work 4 days one week, 3 days the next week. This does include working every other weekend.
Requirements
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
- Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, and other quality guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Must be able to learn and safely perform specific assigned position on our Slice Cheese production line.
- Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
- Will perform sanitation duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.
