About the position

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines, including spindle machines and molding/press machines.
- Conduct basic visual inspections for quality control.
- Lift heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, as required.
- Adhere to safety standards and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain focus and attention to detail during operations.
- Walk up and down stairs frequently throughout the shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of machine operating experience preferred.
- Basic math skills are necessary.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English for safety reasons.
- Familiarity with basic measurement tools, such as measuring tapes.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control is beneficial.
