Responsibilities

  • Model personal Lean Philosophy 5S behaviors in creating a continuously improving, clean, well-organized and self-maintaining work environment.
  • Follow a continuous improvement approach for team accountability for achieving high performance SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, & Morale) targets through a visual work environment.
  • Comply with company ethics, code of conduct, policies, and best practices, with a commitment to safety in the workplace, valuing of diversity, and promotion of a harassment-free environment.
  • Complying with production schedules, concerns, and timelines.
  • Maintaining accurate production data to support continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (Wis).
  • Following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure compliance.
  • Complying with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Application of the Mesa Labs Quality Policy and active monitoring of product quality during manufacturing.
  • Operating and maintaining tubed media filling equipment.
  • Operating and maintaining tubed media torquing and labeling equipment.
  • Operating and maintaining SCBI assembly machines (PODS, and EZH).
  • Operating and maintaining all Assembly and Packaging Labelers.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting machine performance issues.
  • Coordinating with Maintenance team for critical machine repairs.
  • Work closely with Manager - Manufacturing to suggest and implement machinery improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED, required.
  • Two or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment, required.
  • Two or more years' of machine operation experience, required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a Federal Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industry, preferred.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
