About the position
The Machine Operator at BioBait is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of biodegradable fishing lures. This role ensures that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet BioBait's standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Load raw materials into machines and handle finished products.
- Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Suggest improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to use hand tools.
