Responsibilities

• Handle materials manually and feed them into machines for processing.
• Learn to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all parts are processed efficiently each day, maintaining consistency based on prior experience.
• Assist the machine operator with setup, operation, and routine tasks as needed.
• Successfully process all parts by the end of each workday.
• Retain and apply knowledge from previous workdays to ensure consistency and efficiency in processing.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications.
• Proficient use of a tape measure to ensure accurate material preparation.
• Comfortable using hand tools such as pliers, dental picks, and other equipment requiring good hand-eye coordination.
• Experience working with machinery or in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
• Understand and follow established processes strictly, ensuring they are not altered without approval.
• Focus on precision and adherence to production requirements.
