Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment with a focus on machine quality and performance.
• Document machine and attainment performance daily.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities that align with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Foster a collaborative work environment with team members and support staff through effective communication.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively multitask.
• Solid computer skills (email, Microsoft products).
• Thorough attention to detail.
• Strong understanding and adherence to process discipline.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Comfort standing for long periods of time.
