This position is responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to drive Global Payroll product sales plans through the field sales organization. The role involves developing and implementing activities to ensure effective selling of assigned ADP solutions through the field sales organization. Collaboration with Field Sales and Channel Marketing is key to driving sales within respective Divisions and/or Areas. The Practice Leader provides sales support for division/area sales leadership with product education, measurement, and performance. Results will be measured by performance against target for areas of responsibility.
