About the position

The responsibilities of the leasing consultant are as follows: All aspects of the leasing process from leasing apartments, to processing applications, to assisting in a smooth move-in for the resident. Maintains sales metrics surrounding closing ratio, phone to appointment ratio, and scored calls. Manage all phone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries. Assist in various weekly and monthly reports. Completes monthly network marketing, weekly business-to-business marketing, and daily online marketing. Marketing the brand/lifestyle of the property through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Inputs all guest cards and other sales related information into property management software on a daily basis. In conjunction with management staff, assists in organizing and promoting resident functions. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Basic math skills.
