About the position
We are seeking self-motivated and ambitious Sales Agents to join our dynamic coaching team and in-office teams at Keller Williams Carmel Valley/Del Mar. This role focuses on helping clients find and purchase their dream homes while providing exceptional customer service. The position offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to increase commission potential in a supportive and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Follow the team plan
- Lead follow up CRM and database mastery
Requirements
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
