This leader is accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience.   • Leads total Fashion category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards.
  • Serves as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
  • Diagnoses performance gaps and activates solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution.
  • Owns all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Observes or coaches one Fashion presentation per team member, every month.
  • Delivers real-time, actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling.
  • Turns training into daily behaviors and habits.
  • Helps customers express their creativity through styling and layering, discover their personal style through curated recommendations, and celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry.
  • Improves key KPIs including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors.
  • Reinforces consistent Fashion presentations across the team.
  • Leads by example through personal performance.
  • Partners with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent.
  • Builds a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Fashion Category
  • Lead total Fashion category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
  • Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling
  • Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution
  • Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion
  • Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection
  • Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches
  • Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
  • Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member, every month
  • Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling
  • Turn training into daily behaviors and habits
  • Activate the Brand Promise
  • Help customers: Express their creativity through styling and layering, Discover their personal style through curated recommendations, Celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry
