About the position
The Lube Technician position is a part-time role focused on providing essential vehicle maintenance services while ensuring excellent customer care. The technician will undergo training to develop skills necessary for performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other related services, all while working in a team-oriented environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply skills for oil changes, fluid checks, and top-ups.
- Perform tire rotations and inspect/replacement of lights and wipers.
- Conduct battery testing and 52-point safety checks.
- Provide top-tier customer service to all guests.
- Implement preventative measures to ensure vehicle efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver swift and reliable guest services.
- Encourage a diverse team environment and support employees from various backgrounds.
Requirements
- Desire to learn and grow in the automotive field.
- Affable attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to perform various physical tasks such as crouching, bending, and twisting.
- Comfortable working in uncontrolled temperature environments.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
