About The Position
Asbury is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Per Diem (PRN) position at Normandie Ridge, a Continuing Care Retirement Community recognized by U.S. News & World Report. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35 plus shift differential and a supportive, people-first work environment. Asbury has been Great Place to Work® certified for nine consecutive years. The position involves documenting resident care, administering medications and treatments, maintaining drug records, and collaborating with the care plan team to address residents' holistic needs.
Requirements
- Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities
- Document interdisciplinary progress notes that provide a comprehensive reflection of resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift.
- Report any discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper procedures for drug and narcotic disposal.
- Collaborate with the care plan team to assess and address residents' physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity-related needs.
