Responsibilities
- Provide nursing coverage (on a 24/7 basis) for facility on assigned shift.
- Dispense physician ordered medication.
- Perform assessments and respond to emergency situations.
- Communicate concerns with medical provider/Director of Nursing/Administration.
- Work as part of the medical team to ensure the best medical care possible.
Requirements
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
