About the position

The LPN in Emergency Services at Lower Bucks Hospital is responsible for providing both direct and indirect patient care services in an emergency care setting. This role requires clinical competence and collaboration with the healthcare team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN aims to maintain safety, provide comfort, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services in accordance with state requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Assist in improving the overall patient experience in the emergency care setting.

Requirements

• Current and valid state license as an LPN/LVN.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current certification.
• IV certification upon hire (state specific).
• Current ACLS certification preferred or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Current PALS certification preferred or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Nice-to-haves

• Current ACLS certification preferred or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.
