This job is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for end to end business leadership on Consumer Deposits, Reward & Loyalty projects and issue remediation including very large, cross functional, and complex projects or issues. The primary responsibility for this role will be leading the remediation of Sales Practice issues as part of regulatory issue remediation. The role will be responsible for leading and managing multiple priorities at the same time, spanning across multiple products, channels and lines of business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of strategic thinking, organizational knowledge, tactical planning and project management skills along with the ability to lead and influence large teams without direct management. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and coordination with business partners across the enterprise.
