About the position
The Lot Attendant/Porter at INFINITI of Memphis is responsible for maintaining an organized vehicle lot, managing vehicle inventory, and supporting the overall customer experience at the dealership. This entry-level position requires a dependable and energetic individual who can contribute to the smooth operation of the dealership while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining an organized and clean vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed and easily accessible for customers
- Handling incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory, including appropriately documenting and tagging vehicles
- Assisting with vehicle transportation, including moving vehicles to and from the service department
- Supporting the sales team by preparing vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Providing exceptional customer service by promptly greeting customers and assisting with any inquiries or requests
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Lot Attendant or in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to [insert weight]
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
