About The Position

Behlen Industries LP manufactures steel building systems used in recreational, commercial, and industrial markets and is a proud member of WGI Westman Group Inc. This role is based in Brandon, Manitoba. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing the movement of manufactured product from production completion to site delivery. This involves daily liaison with Behlen Shipping, external vendors, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery to an international customer base. The role also requires communication with various internal departments regarding product availability, manufacturing completion, delivery requirements, and coordination of intercompany material shipments.

Requirements

Business Administration Diploma required
Three years experience in a related field
Experience with shipping, receiving and coordinating large shipments with time sensitive deliveries essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and typing is a requirement
Solid communication and interpersonal skills; resourceful problem-solving skills are required
Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure

Responsibilities
