About The Position

As the Logistics Coordinator – Matting Solutions you will lead the customer experience from initial quotation to final billing, and accurately estimating costs related to materials and transportation for crane mat sales and support. Formerly YAK ACCESS, Matting Solutions is now part of the United Rentals Team and is one of North America’s leading providers of right-of-way access solutions. Requirements

5 years’ experience in Estimating/Project Management
Ability to prioritize, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Strong understanding of all Project Management and Lean construction methodologies and principles
Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and safety hazards of construction projects
Ability to coordinate large construction projects and monitor the work of contractors
Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Project

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is desirable
B2W software is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
Design and estimate cost-effective solutions for various projects, focusing on materials and logistics
Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to optimize project outcomes
Develop and maintain project schedules, manage logistics, and ensure seamless execution
Perform detailed cost analysis and manage procurement and quality control of materials
Other duties as assigned
