About the position

The Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator at Briviant Inc. is responsible for supporting the President in day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth business operations. This part-time role involves creating and improving processes, coordinating supply chain operations, and utilizing logistics IT to optimize procedures. Responsibilities

• Create new processes and suggest improvements to current processes to maximize operational efficiency
• Identify and contribute to process improvement projects
• Develop capacity plans for current and future resource needs
• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
• Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
• Utilizing logistics IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to business requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in technology required
• Proven experience as a coordinator
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and high energy, with a willingness to learn new things and take on additional responsibilities as needed
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Aptitude for problem-solving and data analysis
