About the position

The Logistics Admin Assistant is a temporary role focused on providing administrative support within a warehouse environment. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, and involves managing projects, maintaining schedules, and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support management by handling administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Monitor and update the progress of delegated tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Keep projects on schedule and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit correspondence and reports for the Manager's or own signature.
  • Conduct research and summarize findings in reports.
  • Prepare customer quotations and assist with developing financial models.
  • Act as an interpreter for Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience, including 2 years in accounting.
  • Proficient in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication skills for preparing reports and providing instructions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a team-focused approach.
