About the position

The Lobby Attendant, also referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. This position involves a variety of housekeeping functions, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are welcoming and well-kept. The role requires a proactive approach to fulfilling guest requests and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Stock housekeeping carts and ensure all supplies are available for use.
  • Perform various housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, moving, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
