About the position

The Loan Support Analyst Senior at PNC plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance of commercial insurance policies related to real estate loans. This position involves interacting with borrowers and insurance agents, managing insurance premiums, and resolving noncompliance issues. The analyst will also engage in high complexity loan transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and providing support in risk mitigation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Determine compliance of commercial insurance policies on real estate loans.
  • Interact with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain evidence of insurance.
  • Pay insurance premiums and resolve noncompliant insurance items.
  • Review customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation.
  • Consult and advise customers and internal business partners to execute transactions.
  • Verify work processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of loan disbursements.
  • Monitor quality and ensure compliance through report reviews.
  • Participate in risk mitigation activities and provide specialty product training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Less than 1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
