About the position
The Loan Support Analyst Senior at PNC plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance of commercial insurance policies related to real estate loans. This position involves interacting with borrowers and insurance agents, managing insurance premiums, and addressing any noncompliance issues. The analyst will also engage in various responsibilities related to claims and lender-placed insurance coverage, contributing to the overall success of the Midland organization.
Responsibilities
- Determine compliance of commercial insurance policies on real estate loans.
- Interact with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain evidence of insurance.
- Pay insurance premiums and resolve noncompliant insurance items.
- Review customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation for compliance.
- Consult and advise customers and internal teams to execute transactions.
- Verify loan disbursements and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Participate in risk mitigation activities and serve as a subject matter resource.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Less than 1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
