About the position
F&M Trust is seeking a Loan Servicing Construction Specialist to join their Loan Servicing team. This role involves various administrative tasks crucial for tracking and monitoring construction projects within the commercial sector. The specialist will manage spreadsheets and advances related to land acquisition, infrastructure, and vertical construction, while ensuring the receipt of necessary documentation such as insurance and permits. Additionally, the role requires updating commitments, letters of credit, and collateral data in the core operating system.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor construction projects within the commercial segment.
- Complete spreadsheets and advances for land acquisition, infrastructure, and vertical construction.
- Ensure receipt of insurance, permits, and other pertinent project information.
- Update commitments, letters of credit, and collateral data in the core operating system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Minimum of 5 years administrative experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of bank legal documents.
- Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment.
- Highly attentive to details and organized.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work independently.
