About The Position
Join Premier Mortgage Resources (PMR) as a Loan Officer and be part of a dynamic, growth-driven team! PMR is passionate about helping people achieve homeownership. As a Loan Officer, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners, guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing. You will analyze financial documents to determine loan eligibility and stay up to date on industry trends, loan products, and compliance regulations. Collaboration with internal teams is key to ensure seamless and timely loan processing.
Requirements
- Active NMLS license and compliance with federal/state mortgage regulations
- Proven experience in mortgage lending, banking, or sales
- Strong understanding of loan products and guidelines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
