Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Assess clients' financial situations and advise on appropriate mortgage solutions.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Review and analyze financial information, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients and underwriters.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process.
Requirements
- Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license in at least one of the following states: Michigan, Virginia, Florida, Texas, Ohio.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processing, and underwriting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in mortgage software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
