Within the Credit Oversight team, the Loan Account Specialist II focuses on processing of consumer and commercial loan payments, payoffs, draws, funding and charge offs. The role involves initiating wires, parking uploads of general ledger tickets, monitoring, reviewing, and reconciling departmental general ledger accounts and reports. It also includes second-day review of maintenance transactions and error resolution, monitoring departmental mailboxes, answering customer inquiries, and resolving routine problems. The specialist may also help create instructions and establish guidelines to perform job functions, calculate loan items and changes such as interest and payments, and adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
