About the position
Headway is seeking a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) to join our community of mental health clinicians. This position is ideal for those looking to launch a private practice or expand their existing practice. As a part of our mission to rewire the mental healthcare system for access and affordability, we provide mental health practitioners with the necessary tools and resources to run a successful private practice. Our support includes credentialing with the nation's largest insurance networks, handling billing and administrative paperwork, and offering marketing support and patient referrals. In this role, you will have the flexibility to decide how many clients you see through Headway, allowing you to set your own hours. You can choose to see patients in-person or remotely via telehealth, providing you with the freedom to work from home. We also ensure that your patients receive customized support, streamlining the process of seeking and providing care. Our system verifies client insurance benefits instantly and automatically, ensuring that access to care is never delayed. To qualify for this position, you must be a fully-licensed mental health therapist at a Master's level or above, with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance. We accept various licenses on a state-by-state basis, including LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LCSW, and others. Responsibilities
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with patients
