About the position

The District Leader for Little Caesars in the North Carolina and South Carolina area is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, implementing company policies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The District Leader will provide leadership to store management, manage financial performance, and report directly to the Director of Food Service Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Little Caesars restaurant operations including personnel, product production, inventory, sales, marketing, and financial performance.
  • Provide leadership and counsel to store management to build long-term success of the brand.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Report weekly activities to the Director of Food and Beverage.
  • Work on-site at specific stores until they meet company standards and a capable General Manager is trained.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in a quick service or fast food restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in account management.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss management and budgeting.
  • ServSafe certification and restaurant management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales within the food service industry.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
