As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in handling a variety of legal tasks to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Nevada court procedures and rules
- Experience with eDiscovery software
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Trial preparation and support experience
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from filing the Complaint to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and discovery materials
- Manage and organize case files, including document production, exhibit preparation, and trial support
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and effective manner
- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling, billing, and file maintenance
