Requirements

  • Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Abilility to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
  • PFT & respirator fit test required
  • Working at heights / climbing ladders

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Fills customer orders as directed by the plant scheduler
  • Make sure all orders are filled and the correct packaging and labeling are used
  • Maintain proper fill weights and/or volumes at all times
  • Monitors HACCP CCP’s (filter checks) and completes documentation completely and accurately.
  • Assists in unloading and storing materials received in the warehouse.
  • Assists in filling, unloading and cleaning tankers as required.
  • Performs other blending (as required).
  • Recommends blending equipment upgrades, modifications and/or replacements.
  • Assists in performing weekly warehouse product, materials and tank farm physical inventories and helps in inventory reconciliation.
  • Assists the Materials Manager in maintaining an adequate supply of shipping, mixing, blending and packaging materials.
  • Maintains a neat, clean and organized BX building by cleaning daily.
  • Ensure that the package and product meet our quality standards at all times and report problems to a supervisor immediately.
  • Support Regulatory and SQF requirements by maintaining food safety and food quality through GMP’s, completing job tasks and maintaining sanitary work areas
  • Complies with all corporate safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
