About the position

The Line Services Technician is responsible for fueling, towing, and detailing aircraft, as well as maintaining the areas of Flight Operations that are not covered by DSU custodial services. The role includes changing building light bulbs, performing preventative maintenance on fuel trucks, and assisting Aircraft Mechanics whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Fueling, towing, and detailing aircraft.
• Maintaining the areas of Flight Operations that DSU custodial services does not cover.
• Changing of building light bulbs.
• Fuel truck preventative maintenance.
• Assistance of the Aircraft Mechanics whenever possible.

Requirements

• GED or High School education preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• No Federal or alcohol/drug related convictions.

Nice-to-haves

• Preference given to individual who has a documented mechanic background.
