Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes made fresh from scratch every day.
• Utilize various cooking methods and kitchen tools to ensure dishes are perfect.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep the kitchen moving efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong knife skills and a range of cooking methods.
• Attention to detail regarding weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
